Scottsdale Fashion Square
Scottsdale Fashion Square is located at the crossroads of Scottsdale Road and Camelback Road.
Scottsdale Fashion Square is the largest mall in the Southwest. People come from all over to shop at the three-story mall offering something for everyone. Major stores include Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, the largest Dillard’s in the country, Macy’s and Crate and Barrel.
Scottsdale Downtown (5th Avenue)
Strolling through downtown you will find cafes, restaurants, galleries and many unique shops.
Canyon Village is located at the Northeast corner of Thompson Peak Parkway and East Union Hills just north of the DC Ranch Village Health Club and Spa. Canyon Village is currently under construction and will feature courtyards and fountains that will contribute to gathering spaces available to the office and retail tenants. A pizzeria and wine bar are one of the first tenants and the local DC Ranch residents will have a local spot they can walk and enjoy a meal.
Market Street
DC Ranch has Market Street right on the corner and it offers premier dining and shopping. The main street offers a variety of unique shops and boutiques, restaurants and offices.
DC Ranch Crossing is neighborhood center that plans to open late 2008, located at the Southeast corner of Pima Road & Union Hills Drive. AJ's Fine Foods will anchor this casual neighborhood center with restaurants and convenience retail.
